HAR will not honor claims involving this firearm which result form careless or improper handling, unauthorized adjustment or parts replacement, corrosion, neglect, or the use of wrong caliber ammunition, or the use of ammunition other than high quality commercially manufactured ammunition in good condition. All stated conditions apply to present and future owners of this firearm.
No returns on products will be accepted without prior written permission from HAR. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned products. No refunds will be given for products and packaging not returned in a condition for re-sell by HAR.

Boutin, Jr. As an American inventor, entrepreneur, and combat Marine veteran, John built the company on the foundation of his weapons experience and expertise, to address the many performance short-comings of current firearms technology and weapons systems on the market today.
